中国汽车流通协会汽车金融分会副秘书长周伟：是否能够在合规有序、不侵犯普通老百姓个人隐私的基础上，把数据通过加密的形式，给到金融机构去赋能？让金融机构先看一下这个人是不是具有民事行为能力的人，如果没有就直接不做贷款业务了。当然火博体育，数据的应用，特别涉及残障人士的个人隐私数据，怎么合法合规使用，这又是一个课题。
